Step One

Determine how much your current floor is worth and when your club will be ready to replace it.

Step Two

Find the replacement flooring for you.

Step Three

Execute both transactions simultaneously, so that your old floor is sold and shipped in the same window that your new flooring arrives.  And all you have to pay is the difference in value.
